Opportunity has arisen for Chelsea to sign Hirving Lozano, which could come at a slightly higher cost after a season of winning the Italian league.

The 27-year-old Italian Serie A player had a good season with Napoli who could benefit from a high offer.

Other clubs are keeping track of the Mexican, with the Blues being one of them.
